T3 CPU Credits

We talk about T class instances (T3 in this case), and go in-depth on CPU credits.

Many people start by using the T3-series of servers because they're the cheaper and most comparable to popular clouds like Digital Ocean, Linode, Vultr, etc.

However not everyone is aware that the T-class instances are cheaper because the CPU usage work on a credit system.
